bruce will be hosting a series of weekly CCO training contests. This is the ninth contest.

Participants will have a 4-hour window to solve three problems with full feedback. A maximum of 50 submissions per problem is allowed. Moreover, the contest scoreboard will be disabled for the 4-hour window. The problems are not necessarily sorted in increasing order of difficulty.
