The formula is simply $a \times b - a + 1$ ~a \times b - a + 1~.

Alternatively one can solve this task by brute force search. The solution is a number between $1$ ~1~ and $100 \times 100$ ~100 \times 100~ so you can easily try all possible answers and choose the smallest one that fits.
